The Ministry is currently collecting information from all interested individuals for the UPCOMING HOUSING PROJECT IN THE LUSAKA SOUTH MULTI-FACILITY ECONOMIC ZONE (LS-MFEZ). Please note that this expression of interest is NOT legally binding, meaning individuals will have the choice to change their selected house category or type prior to signing any contract.

However, registering your interest at this stage is important as it will enable the Ministry to establish a database of potential off-takers. This database will allow the Ministry to share relevant information regarding the aforementioned project, as well as updates on other housing projects in the pipeline, via email and official channels.
