Invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI): Public-Private Partnership (PPP) for Housing Development in Lusaka Province, Zambia
The National Housing Authority (NHA) of Zambia is inviting eligible private entities to express interest in a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) project for the finance, design, construction, operation, and transfer (FDBOT) of residential apartments and high-rise flats in Lusaka.
This landmark project will help address Zambia's growing housing deficit while fostering socio-economic growth. The development includes the Lake Road Complex and Nyumba Yanga Apartments, designed to provide high-quality, modern, and affordable housing.
Project Overview:

Location: Lusaka Province, Zambia.

Lake Road Complex:

Two blocks with 35 upscale apartments.

Four blocks with 73 middle-income housing units.

Nyumba Yanga Apartments:

100 units (1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom options).

Deliver 173 new housing units.

Increase revenue and optimize land use.

REGISTRATION OF OFF-TAKERS FOR THE UPCOMING HOUSING PROJECT AT LUSAKA SOUTH MULTIFACILITY ECONOMIC ZONE (LS-MFEZ)
The Ministry of Infrastructure, Housing, and Urban Development, in collaboration with the National Housing Authority and Ongos Valley Development (PTY) Ltd of Namibia, is launching a housing project in the Lusaka South Multifacility Economic Zone.
Project Highlights:
-A total of 10,000 housing units will be constructed at Lusaka South MFEZ ,with the first 2000 housing to be constructed beginning June 2025,catering to low, medium, and high-cost categories.
